Royal Air Force Signals (1939-45) : Vol 1 Organisation and Development, Vol 2 Telecommunications

£60.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

The Second World war 1939-1945 Royal Air Force Signals : Volume 1 Organisation and Development, Volume 2 Telecommunications. (Issued by the Air Ministry (A.H.B.) - 1958 - Restricted). (Air Publication 3237). This book is in very good condition. The blue boards have slight wear along the edges of the spine, but overall are in very good condition. Internally, there are occasional marks of ink transfer and at the start of chapter 7 there is a vertical line of light inking down the page which has transferred to the opposite page - these marks are a little distracting, but do not affect the legibility of the text. Apart from these minor flaws, the pages are in excellent condition - clean and tight with no particular signs of age. (This copy belonged to R. A. F. Newton).

One of several official works of history commissioned or authorised by the British Government in the years following the Second World War.
