The Order of the Death's Head: The Story of Hitler's S.S.

£14.99

Product description

The true story of Hitler's SS is strange and at times nonsensical. Among primary sources used for the first time were some seventy thousand pages of documents from the secret diaries of German ambassadors (which are in private ownership) and the confidential memos of top SS functionaries. Herr Höhner logically evaluates the facts and in "The Order of the Death's Head" lucidly gives us, for the first time, the full story of the most macabre elite in modern history.

Red lettering on spine faded to white, slight crinkling to edges, no chips or tears. Plain black front and back boards with slight dents to front and a few sporadic small spots of light surface damage to rear board. Spine is gilt titled with creasing. Superficial shelf wear to bottom edges of boards. Darkening to top page edge. There are no marks, stains, annotations or marginalia of any kind to the text block. No inscriptions.
