Wild Flowers in the Garden

£15.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

In this book Walter Ingwersen recorded, with charming informality, how notable British wild flowers could best be cultivated in our gardens.  It is equally charmingly illustrated with 18 line drawings.  The book, bound in yellow cloth with black lettering on the spine, is grubby at the top of the binding and text block, otherwise very good.  The jacket, in cream with a line drawing on front, is grubby and has several tears and nicks, including a 3cm tear on the spine.  There is no loss and the jacket of this Garden Book club copy is not price clipped.  Inset is a signed letter relating to its initial purchase from Will Ingersen, the son of the author.
