Motley was first Published in 1918. It included all but one of the poems that first appeared in the Sunken Garden (1917), a limited edition of 270 , together with ' The Old Men', Originally published as a 'Flying Fame ' Broadsheet in 1913, and twenty new poems DE LA Mare changed and revised his Poem at every Opportunity . This Edition follows the definitive text of the 1969 Complete Poem , which contained the Latest Versions of all his poem
Copy right by the Literary Trustee of the Estate of the late Walter DE LA Mare, Introduced at the Folio Society LTD 1991.
Printed in Modern No. & Type on Magnani Mould -made paper at the Stamperia Valdonega, Verona , Italy .

Lithographs Printed at The Senecio Press, Charlbury , Oxfordshire, England.

Bound by Legatoria Torriani, Milan in quarter cloth and patterned paper sides and printed on Fabriano.
