The contents page bears details for “London John G. Murdoch, Farringdon Road,

Around 30 pages in, a section of the bible records the genealogy of the previous owners of the bible.. The bible includes numerous engravings of maps and biblical scenes. Family Bible containing the Old and New Testaments
Leather board which has come away from the main spine could be repaired but binding is tight, also one of the metal clasps at the side is missing, the boards are heavily rubbed and bumped, the metal surround is stained. Some pages are torn out but complete, others are creases and foxed and tanned in many places, the bible has a Family register with pages for marriages, children’s names, in memoriam and e vents, some entries from previous owners in faded pen.
The plates are in good condition and wonderful some colour but mainly b/w.

On our first floor you will find Bradford's largest selection of second hand books with fantastic fiction, academic and children's titles as well as a great collection of antiquarian books and collectables. We also have a large music department stocking a wide range a CDs, DVDs and a great choice in vinyl. 

We do list many of our items for sale on Oxfam's Online Store including many of our fabulous wedding dresses.
