Animal Families and where they live

£17.99

Product description

This is not just a text-book, but a picture book to show you how animals are related to each other, and where they live in the world. You will be able to recognise the features which various animals have in common. This book only illustrates mammals, that is to say animals which feed their young with milk. It does not include birds and insects, which are, strictly speaking, animals. Only the living mammals are here. Many types no longer exist, because they failed to survive in the struggle for existence.

Condition: The cover is faded, marked and suffering from some corner bumping. The first and last interior pages are very torn. Binding is beginning to become slightly loose around the front and back covers. There is slight foxing to some interior pages and the foreedges. However, every interior page is readable and beautifully illustrated.
