£3.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

West Buckland: Diary of an Edwardian School by Berwick Coates.

This diary presents the West Buckland school near Barnstaple as it approaches its 50th Anniversary. It contains the names of every boy attending the school along with every member of Staff. A full school photograph and many group photographs as well, the activities, sports, achievements and daily lives are all covered in this detailed diary looking back on the school in 1907. A 'must-have' for any of their descendants and a fascinating insight into education in the early 1900's.

This is a clean, almost new hardback copy with no signs of damage or wear. There is the slightest bend of the dust cover along the front top edge and few small indentations on the dust cover on the back near the top however the book is otherwise in perfect condition.
