Running Over Forty

£9.99

Product description

Signed by both Bruce and Sue Tulloh. No one combines more experience of running and coaching than Bruce Tulloh. His competitive record includes winning British and European titles on the track, representing England at cross-country and breaking the record for the 3000-mile run from Los Angeles to New York. He has been coaching since 1965 and for more than twenty years has been writing coaching advice for Runners World and its predecessors. The athletes he has coached include Richard Nerurkar, winner of the 1993 World Cup Marathon, Mike Boit of Kenya, Commonwealth Games 800m winner, American cross-country champion Nnenna Lynch and two members of the current British cross-country team, as well as dozens of others at all levels. He is the author of more than a dozen books about running and fitness.

Sue Tulloh was a national class distance runner in her twenties and later enjoyed success as a veteran runner in her forties and fifties. She is a trained masseur and has worked alongside Bruce at training camps and coaching courses all over the world.
