A superb book which details Edmond Duthoit's journey to Cyprus in 1862 and 1865. Edited by Dr Rita C Severis and Dr Lucie Bonato, lavishly illustrated with some 47 coloured plates and some 116 other illustrations. All presented on high quality paper with the text divided in both Greek and English. Edmond Duthoit bequeathed left his papers to the Museum of Picardie in Northern France, discovered by the editors who used them as the sources for this book.

Published to mark the century of the founding of the Bank of Cyprus Group..

Complete with original dust jacket, and in very good condition throughout. It is one of only 1,500 copies printed.
