Uzbekistan: Heirs to the Silk Road

£84.00

Product description

This book is in very good condition aside from some very minor shelf wear. Featured inside the front cover are interesting cuttings from the previous owner, including a couple of old black and white photographs presumably taken in Uzbekistan, as well as a travel guide featuring important information from the Voyages Jules Verne accredited travel agency.

Distributed on behalf of Hansjrg Mayer, the authors present a lavish exploration of the cultural history of Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan's cultural history is illustrated with pictures of archaeological finds and ethnographical objects from European and Ezbek museums and private collections.
