An elegant Edwardian-inspired lace wedding dress, unbranded.
The full-length, long sleeved, high neck dress has a panel of sheer lace across the décolletage, and the sleeves are of sheer lace too. The floor-length skirt has a long, sweeping train, giving a sense of drama to an otherwise demure dress; the train is cut as part of the skirt, so is a continuous length from waist to floor, giving an elegant silhouette. The simple design is accented by lace ruffles sweeping across the front from shoulder to shoulder and down over the bust, and then again on the back, as well as ruffles on the ends of the sleeves and hem.
The small funnel-neck collar is classic of Edwardian, turn-of-the-century dresses, a style which is romantic and classically timeless. The fitted waist is accentuated by a white satin ribbon that's attached at either hip and ties at the back. The dress fastens with a concealed zip down the back, which has discreet hooks and eyes at the neck and at the waist to keep it hidden. The dress is accompanied by a small headpiece/tiara, made from loops of fabric covered wire and decorated with dozens of small white fabric flowers, each one defined by a faux pearl.
This beautiful dress is perfect for any bride looking for that vintage touch, a dress that spans the eras and looks as charming today as it did 100 years ago.
