Oxfam shops are always delighted to accept donations of quality undamaged items that you no longer want. Our shop teams are trained to make as much money as possible from your generosity to fund Oxfam's poverty busting work around the world. Items that sell particularly well are current fashion trends, quality paperback fiction and all accessories. And Oxfam is unique in that any textiles that are not sold via our shops are sent to our Wastesaver recycling plant to ensure we make as much money as possible from your generosity.
While volunteering behind the till is an important role in our shop, it's not the only thing that we do here; just some of our many volunteer roles include the sorting, pricing, and displaying of donations, merchandising the shop floor displays and the window displays, and working in our online shop. The volunteer team here is friendly, and enthusiastic about Oxfam's work, and with such a wide variety of roles, there's always something for us to do.
