A letter and its original envelope from Mary Wilson to T. W. Metcalfe, replying to his original request to sign a copy of a book, presumably her book of Selected Poems from 1970.

Envelope is stamped and dated 15th November 1970. Letter dated 14th November 1970 and signed by Mary Wilson. Envelope is marked in pencil, stating its contents, presumably from previous collector or owner. Letter is 17.5cm by 13.5cm.

Letter written on Basildon Bond Paper. Watermarked. (Please Note:- Image of Basildon Watermark shown is an example of what it looks like on the paper but is not from actual letter) See photos.
