The 100% wool, herringbone tweed jacket still has the original receipt from 1988 in the pocket, sold by Robert Bunney of Grassington, North Yorkshire as an item of "exclusive country wear".
Wooden chestnut coloured buttons on pockets and cuffs, three buttons down the front, which is single breasted. Some wear is visible on the right sleeve button, please look carefully on our photos before purchasing, to ensure you are happy with this.
There are 2 front patch pockets, one single vent at back.
This really is a splendid piece of vintage tailoring, with excellent provenance.
As regards sizing, here are the measurements we took, there being no size labels within the jacket.
