Scientist Colin Trafford (Tom Bell) is caught up in an experiment that goes wrong and transported to an alternative reality in which World War II and the Moon landings never happened. Most strikingly, Colin finds that in this reality he is an author rather than a scientist and is married to the beautiful Ottlie (Collins), who despises him.
