Product description

THE 10 GREATEST HEAVYWEIGHTS OF ALL TIME
3 DVDs of the ten best heavyweight boxers in the world

Vol. 1 10. LARRY HOLMES starts this ultimate countdown the way he started all his fights: guns blazing! 9. JOE FRAZIER in action was always a Thrilla , especially in 1975 when he faced Ali in Manila. 8. GEORGE FOREMAN His punches were said to land with the force of a truck, and his 1974 Rumble in the Jungle tussle with Ali comes under close examination.
Vol. 2 7. EZZARD CHARLES was known as The Cincinnati Cobra . He was an underestimated, gifted fighter and had one of the best combination punches in the business. 6. ROCKY MARCIANO possessed, according to many, the greatest right hand in the history of boxing and achieved 43 knockouts in 49 consecutive victories. 5. GENE TUNNEY was known in the 1920s as the Fighting Marine , with a mighty 50 knockouts to his name. 4. JACK JOHNSON was a tower of a man who inspired a whole generation of black Americans.
Vol. 3 3. JACK DEMPSEY slams into 3rd spot. Dempsey was a lethal opponent with a sledgehammer left hook who fought like an avenging angel of death . 2. MUHAMMAD ALI dances into 2nd place in our list of greatest ever heavyweights. Ali was the charismatic showman whose achievements both in and out of the ring changed the sport forever. 1. JOE LOUIS enjoyed a 12-year reign at the top, earning The Brown Bomber the alltime belt.

Magnificent archive footage supports his top-dog status in this bone-jarring presentation.

Originally a box set, we do not have the box.

Oxfam Shop Ulverston

Ulverston is a traditional market town that attempts to retain a sense of the Dickensian times as typified by the festival run in November. We are a conventional Oxfam shop and sell anything and everything that will be of interest to someone. We have a good reputation as a second hand bookseller and are developing a reputable clothing offer. Our friendly staff are always ready and willing to assist and we are continually on the lookout for more potential recruits. We have a strong focus on Fair Trade and like to run events to spread Oxfam's message and raise extra funds.
