This was recorded in 1982, when Arlene was 38: she was then working at the Pineapple Dance Centre. Since then she has choreographed the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester alongside David Zolkwer, has been one of the judges on Strictly Come Dancing, choreographed Engelbert Humperdinck's 2012 Eurovision entry, and judged Let's Dance for Comic Relief in 2013.

Ulverston is a traditional market town that attempts to retain a sense of the Dickensian times as typified by the festival run in November. We are a conventional Oxfam shop and sell anything and everything that will be of interest to someone. We have a good reputation as a second hand bookseller and are developing a reputable clothing offer.
