Ray Sharpe live at the bluebird vol. 1 - Flying High Records - FH 6507

£6.99

Product description

Ray Sharpe is a man who throughout his career exceeded expectations and broke boundaries, and is furthermore someone who has transcended attempts at categorisation. From a young age, a fierce individualism could be observed in Ray Sharpe, a young black man who contrary to cultural expectations, took his earlier influences from country music rather than blues. Although breaking through with rock and roll, and finding his niche in rockabilly, a clear individualism and versatility have remained the trademarks of this man who has been compared to Hendrix regarding talent and sound.
The vinyl is in good condition, clear without much dust and with one benign scratch. The sleeve has retained its gleam with a bit of mild scuffing at the top side.
Matrix No. L - 11579 - X
