The Foot O'Wor Stairs
Album in original card cover and in a white paper die-cut inner sleeve
Eron label, Cat No. ERON 019
Examined under a strong halogen lamp there is the odd very faint, barely visible small scratch and the occasional sleeve withdrawal mark. All of these marks are pretty much invisible except under the lamp.
Both labels are clean and unmarked apart from spindle trails.
The cover has a surface tear on the back and an ink inscription, which could be that of band member Steve Evans. Otherwise, the cover is in Excellent condition but because of the inscription the cover grade has to be Fair.

GRADING GUIDE - IMPORTANT!
I visually examine all records under a strong 35w halogen lamp, which shows up ALL defects.
I strictly grade my records according to the Rare Record Price Guide (RRPG), which, to me, means as follows:
MINT- Must be sealed
NEAR MINT - Totally unmarked, no scratches, not even faint 'hairlines' / sleeve withdrawal marks or any other signs of having been played.
EXCELLENT - No scratches, just signs of having been played, such as the odd faint 'hairline' sleeve withdrawal mark that is barely visible under a strong lamp, or spindle trails on the label.
VERY GOOD - The first mild scratches have begun to appear, but only very, very few.
GOOD - More scratches than Very Good and more severe, but I am confident that the record will play through without skips or sticking and will still provide a good listening experience.
FAIR - The record may not play through properly with a chance of it jumping and / or it will play with significant background noise.
POOR - It definitely won't play without skipping or sticking.
Below Near Mint I will use plus or minus with a grade to highlight fine differences.
My cover grades are EXACTLY as stated in Record Collector magazine / RRPG. Therefore, if a cover is defaced, stained or torn it CANNOT grade better than FAIR. Likewise, if any part of the contents are missing it CANNOT grade better than POOR.
All our records are dispatched using stiffeners and card mailers.
We recommend the record is cleaned properly on a high quality machine to maximise the sound quality.
