It was published to commemorate the commissioning of the Association, an event which was marked bya unique Dinner hosted by the Patron, Vice Admiral HRH The Prince of Wales and held at Buckingham Palace on 5th April 2004.

Glossy pictorial dust jacket with superficial scuffs and marks. Minor creasing to edges. Puncture mark on front which has carried through to the board below. Blue cloth covered boards with gold text to front and spine. White endpapers. Text block is clean and tight and free from annotation and marginalia. Includes presentation certificate.
