Frischer Wind am Steppensee - Fresh wind at the steppe lake

£9.99

Product description

Deutschsprachige Ausgabe Hervorragende Seiten, etwas Schutzumschlag.

Many colour images, meaningful graphics and informative texts document the habitats and life forms of an international park, which was created exactly where the Iron Curtain once divided our continent into East and West. In 1994, the solemn opening took place on the Austro-Hungarian border. This has brought together what has never been separated by barbed wire anyway - a Pannonian natural and cultural landscape that is worth preserving as a "World Heritage" for future generations.

The aim of this book is to inform about the protected area, to provide inspiration and guidance for exploring an area that discreetly spreads its exotic charm.

German language edition. Excellent pages, some dust jacket wear.
