Product description

Title: Gaston's Glynnes

Precious Moments in the Glens of Antrim with Roy Gaston & Olly McGilloway

In Gaston's Glynnes, the beauty and natural history of the Glens of Antrim are brought alive in a most intimate and charming way. With brush and pen, artist Roy Gaston and writer Olly McGilloway invite the reader to share their walks through the nine Glens of Antrim. From Glentaisie to Glenarm, over the seasons of three full years, the authors walk hilltop, moorland, woodland, meadow, and river bank, stopping here and there to capture special views and exciting moments of wildlife behaviour for a selection of paintings and stories.

The book has green boards and gilt lettering to the spine.

The lower corner of the front board has bumping and there is an indentation along the outer edge of the front and rear board.

There are water stains on the front & rear endpages and on the front and rear board themselves as well as on the inside of the dust jacket.

The lower edge of the spine has bumping.

As can be seen from the picture the book has been signed by Roy Gaston on the front endpages.

There is foxing on the front and rear endpages and the upper edge of pages throughout the book.
