Great Inventors: The Sources of their Usefulness, and the Results of Their Efforts (Profusely Illustrated)
Published By Ward, Lock & Co, Warwick House, Salisbury Square.
The author is anonymous, and there is no print date in the book, however someone has written 1863 on the front page which would suggest the book was printed at some point prior to this date. There are also two separate signatures on this page.
The book has a beautiful deep blue cover, with stunning design, however it has been a well loved book, and has wear along all its edges and the spine has come away from the body of the book. The pages, although showing some foxing, are still bound tightly and it is still bonded on the back cover.
A very interesting book with striking cover, and a great price for such a unique item.
