Product description

"'The object of this Catalogue is to bring to the notice of all users of steels, where quality and consistency are of utmost importance, comprehensive list of our products in the hope that it may assist them in solving a few of their many problems. Today there are many hundreds of different types of steel. The arduous task of selecting the most suitable steel for the job is often difficult. With this is in mind we have done all possible to keep this Catalogue on simple lines and in most cases have purposely omitted to give branded names to the different qualities of steel. We are suppliers of all the range of steels in the E.N., D.T.D., S.A.E., B.S. Aircraft and many other specifications. We also invite enquiries for foreign and special specifications. Our plant is up-to-date in every respect and is kept fully equipped with machinery for the manufacture treatment and testing of alloy and special steels. Owing to the present instability and complexity of steel prices we make no reference to these in this Catalogue, but shall be happy to receive specific enquiries and to submit our most favourable prices and delivery. Our Technical Advice Bureau is entirety at your disposal for any information or advice you may require. The tables and data in the latter portion of this Catalogue have been carefully compiled and we hope they will be of service."
