This attractive large format book by George Clinch describes the local history of the districts of Marylebone and St Pancras in London. Illustrated with full page plates protected with tissue, and other drawings within the text.

This volume is in excellent condition and appears to have been rebound fairly recently. Green boards with half-leather bindings, 5 spine bands and title label. Gilt titles and decorative details. Internally the pages are clean, with just a couple of marks, and light yellowing. The tissue guards to the plates are more darkly yellowed.
