Published in 1967 by Methuen. Methuen Handbook of Colour, Second Edition, Revised, by A. Kornerup and J. H. Wanscher.
From the blurb: "The Second Edition of the Methuen Handbook of Colour is the first authoritative pocket colour-book to appear in English covering the essentials of colour practice, and including an international dictionary of colours with British Standard and Munsell equivalents. It is a universal ready-reference, not only for students, technicians and artist-craftsmen, but also for the many enthusiasts whose recreations involve colour."
Good condition hardback with fair dustjacket. The boards are rubbed at the edges, however they are only partially examinable due to the dustjacket being attached with clear sticky plastic, which has slightly discoloured both the jacket and the pastedowns. A small amount of matter has been trapped beneath the plastic on the rear cover of the jacket. The bottom edge of the block bears some light pen-marks. The front hinge is partially cracked at the top end, exposing the webbing, however, the covers and all pages within are still firmly attached. The colour charts within remain clear, clean and bright.
