The Oxford University Calendar contains lists of Fellows and Members of all the Oxford colleges, Members of Congregation, boards and committees, degrees awarded in the academic year 1946/7, term dates, a short history of each college, an alphabetical list of Members, and much more.
Hardback, no dust jacket. Well used and showing its age, with bumps, tears and fraying to spine, faded gilt lettering, some loose or missing pages (mostly advertisements, of which there are many), pencil markings, and cracks in the binding. However, it is holding together well for the most part, and remains a fascinating and useful work for historians or genealogists.
