This copy is not in very good condition, but is nevertheless tidy inside and completely readable. Outer blue cover is well rubbed and the spine is well worn and coming away, although is completely attached. The inside pages are held tight, but are browned to the edges and there is a tear to the 'Map of Western District of London' However, the pages are clean overall and totally readable.

An interesting book, containing numerous adverts. 'The Royal Blue Book Court and Parliamentary guide, gives the names and addresses of the occupiers of the better class private houses in an area which may be roughly described as being bounded by Hampstead to the North, The Chelsea Reaches of the Thames to the South, Bloomsbury on the East, and West Kensington on the West'.
