Science & Society is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal of Marxist scholarship. It publishes original studies in political economy and the economic analysis of contemporary societies; social and political theory; philosophy and methodology of the natural and social sciences; history, labour, ethnic and women's studies; aesthetics, literature and the arts. The following five issues are included in this offer:
Vol. II, No. 2, spring 1938: Vol. III, No. 2, spring 1939; Vol. III, No. 3, summer 1939; Vol. IV, No. 2, spring 1940; Vol. VI, No. 1, winter 1942.
Condition: Four of the volumes are in a similar condition, with intact binding, soiled and slightly torn covers, and textblocks that are annotation-free. The covers of the summer 1939 issue are present but detached. The winter 1942 issue has been affected by damp and a red stain on the outer edge of the textblock.
