A collection of five sets of small b/w photographs, "snapshots", of locations in Somerset, undated, probably 1920s. Set 1 was published by Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd., London, and is a small brown card posting folder, titled in brown, containing 12 b/w glossy photographs, 3.25 ins (85 mm) x 2.5 ins (65 mm) of Axbridge. Condition is Fine. Set 2 was published by Photochrom Co. Ltd., Tunbridge Wells, and is a small cream card folder, titled in brown, containing six glossy sepia photographs, 3.25 ins (85 mm) x 2.5 ins (65 mm), of Bridgwater. Condition is Fine, folder priced by hand at 4d. Sets 3, 4 and 5 were also published by Photochrom Co. Ltd., in small grey card stapled albums, titled in blue, containing 12 separately mounted b/w photographs. 3.25 ins x 2.5 ins. Condition of all is Fine but the staples are a little rusty . Set 3 is of Cox's Cave and Cheddar; Set 4 is Minehead and District and Set 5 is of Dunster.
