Sylvie and Bruno 1889

£19.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

Sylvie and Bruno by Lewis Carroll with forty-six illustrations by Harry Hurniss

Printed by Macmillan and Co 1889 London/New York

condition:
The book was printed in 1889 and has signs of being that old. The side stem cover of the book is faded and no longer a bright red like the front and back cover but more of a brown or very faded red colour. the first and last bunch of pages have slight foxing on them, but the other 400 or so pages are in very good condition and have very little to no foxing or tanning at all. the front cover has some minor damage on one of the corners and another corner is slightly bent inwards but all these defects are minor and should be expected for a book so old. the book also have gold gilded pages (gilt) which look in fair to good condition. Overall this book is in good condition with a few small defects that can be overlooked.
