It was reprinted with a new introductory chapter by Barry Cunliffe in 1997 and this edition follows the text of the 1997 reprint with minor emendations and a list of Further Reading by Barry Cunliffe. Orange-brown hardback with gilt design on spine and front cover, and gilt lettering to spine. Brown slip cover with same gilt illustration to front. As new, except for date written on front endpaper, 21st December 2002. Contains colour and b/w photographs. pp 317.
