The Great Fen

£60.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

Presents the work of 30 artists that shows a variety of styles and a variety of topics, ranging across field sketches of birds and other animals, detailed botanical and entomological studies, landscapes that are instantly recognisable and landscapes that are almost abstract, sculptures using scrap metal found in the area, and transient paintings of dragonflies on bog oaks dug from the peat. Their artistic vision matches the vision that has inspired the Great Fen Project.

The large book is in very good condition with only minor corner rubbing and light bumping on edges and to spine ends. The front free end paper has a full length crease but otherwise pages are bright and colourful. The jacket has a range of indentations and light rubbing marks, and creasing along edges; closed tear, approx. 3cm, to the upper right corner on the front.
