The Kenton Kronicles

£13.99

Product description

A biography of modern America's man of music, Stan Kenton. What Hemmingway was to the novel or Joe DiMaggio was to baseball, Stan Kenton was to the world of jazz. The dozen chapters in this book cover Stan's youth and growing period to his predicted rise to become America's top box-office musical attraction. In this biography , you'll discover a plethora of trivia, facts and revelations. Paperback first edition publication. Book is sound. The cover is protected with a cellophane cover but this has been stuck down on the inside front and back with cellotape( no attempt has been made to remove the cellotape as it will very likely damage the paper underneath) There is some bumping on the top and bottom spine edges and along the cover edges and corners. There is slight wear and curving back, particularly on the corners. All the pages inside are clean, unmarked and in unread condition.
