The Man with the Golden Gun [Third Impression, 1965]

£39.99

Product description

First published in April 1965, this is the third impression from June 1965. Published by Jonathan Cape.

Original unclipped dust jacket, black cloth boards with spine lettering in gilt. Green and white illustrated endpapers.

The Man with the Golden Gun was Fleming's twelfth and final full-length Bond novel, published eight months after his death. It was adapted into a film of the same name in 1974, starring Roger Moore.

In fairly good condition. The dust jacket is tanned with a 1cm circular mark on the top right hand front area (possibly the remains of a detached label). Rubbing wear with small tears to the top and bottom edge of the dust jacket. The boards are clean with little wear. The pages are clean. Sound binding. The edges to the text block are tanned with a few foxing spots.

A pretty tidy copy.
