Light edge-wear to spine, light bumping to cover corners and spine ends; slight cracking to front hinge, cracking between pages 48 and 49, 64 and 65, 80 and 81, 176 and 177, 304 and 305, and 320 and 321, all pages remain intact; light foxing to front and rear endpapers, pencil markings to fore margin of some pages, text and illustrations remain clear throughout.
