In acceptable condition. Some rubbing and edgewear to boards. Slight water marks to front board. Cloth is split along edge of spine and hinge weak. Foxing to endpapers/prelims and page edges tanned. Securely bound. Pages clean. No inscriptions.

This is a First Edition, Second Issue, as shown by the missing word ("His") on the penultimate line on p 140, and the lack of adverts.
