Hardback bound in full brown calf suede, seven raised bands on spine, title in gilt on brown leather labels in panels two and three, both boards blind ruled and tooled along spine edge; Folio, 796 pp., prefixed by a Table of the Titles of all the Publick and Private Statutes, unpaginated (27 pp.). This Volume contains all the Publick Acts of Parliament beginning with the Fourth and Fifth Years of the Reign of Queen Anne and continued to the Fifth Year of the Reign of King George the First. Book condition: Good, handling and age wear to boards, which are rubbed and tooling is faded; bottom 3 cm of spine rubbed away revealing folios; part of title labels missing on spine; part of both paste-downs detached but binding firm; foxing to endpapers and edges of book block; bookseller notation in pencil facing title page; 2 cm worm track at front edge pf book block from title page for 15 pages.
