The Wonder Gift Book for Children

£25.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

Published 1933, this scarce book has been well loved and used by children. There are many classic stories including fairy tales.

Sadly it has some coloured plates missing and torn/missing part pages. There should be 16 plates but 4 seem to be gone. There are also many line drawings mostly in good condition.

Blue cloth boards in very good condition. Previous owner's name is behind the title page. Small piece gone from Contents pages, and a little bit of the line drawing is coloured in. Part of the text of page 65 is missing. Some open and closed tears on some of the pages. The majority of the pages are fairly clean but there is some grubbiness on others, and a bit of light foxing on others. Therefore, although the boards are very good, the contents are categorised poor as it has part of 2 pages missing, plus 4 plates.
