"Anatolia has long been one of the world's major carpet-producing areas. Yet until recent years, its carpets have received scant attention in Europe, the limelight having been monopolized by the elegant weaving of more distant areas in Asia. Today a shift in focus and values is taking place; the rustic carpets woven by peasants and nomads - which comprise the majority of Anatolian production - are beginning to be appreciated for their intrinsic honesty and charm. This book... is a definitive, lavishly illustrated introduction to the incomparable and little-explored world of Anatolian carpets..." (quoted from book jacket)
Due to its weight, this book may incur extra delivery costs. This is dependent on your location and you will be asked to confirm any additional charges before your order is finalised.
