Book of Swiss Stamps with the Luxembourg Flower Advertisement on the back cover

£7.99

Product description

This is a book of 18 stamps from Switzerland, from 1984. From my research this book of stamps are extremely valuable because of the advertisement with the Luxembourg Flower on the back which now is very rare to find and is a collectors item. Inside the front cover of the book of stamps is a black and white photo copy of a painting of Projuventute year 1927. The writing in this book of stamps is bi-lingual in both German and French reflecting the multi-lingualist culture of Switzerland. None of the stamps have been used. The first 4 stamps are exactly the same and show the event Sternsingen Bergun. The second 4 stamps show the event Sechselauten Zurich. The third 4 stamps show the even Gansabhauet Sursee. The final 4 stamps Achetringele Laupen. None of the stamps are in black and white but they are in colour and are arranged in the lowest price at the front to the highest at the back.
