If you're looking for a new challenge or a change of career, spending a few months at Oxfam is a great way to hone your skills. We offer various placements at Oxfam House and at our regional offices, in areas as diverse as HR, marketing, IT, accounting and digital media, and give you the chance to work on specific projects.

Generally our internships last anywhere from three to 12 months, for two or three days a week - which means you can still work part-time while you're with us. It's a great chance to learn the ins and outs of a top UK charity and bounce your big ideas off some talented, passionate people.

Oxfam's head office is in Oxford and there are regional offices in London, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester and Glasgow.

We advertise for volunteers across a wide range of areas across the charity. Sometimes a post will require a specialist skill, sometimes it will simply need someone who has heaps of enthusiasm. There are lots of areas that could benefit from your time and experience within the many departments at Oxfam, including HR, marketing, IT, accounting and digital media.
