When severe floods swept through Pakistan in 2010, homes, livelihoods and lives were lost. More than 1 million people had to live in temporary shelters in makeshift camps. Clean water and toilet facilities were vital to stop life-threatening diseases spreading, and, as world leaders in water and sanitation, we helped provide them as fast as possible.
