Support farmers around the world.

The way we eat shapes the world around us – which means small swaps in the kitchen can spark big ripples of change.

In summer 2025, new regular givers to Oxfam received a beautiful pack of delicious, plant-rich Recipes for Change cards.

Each pack includes easy-to-follow recipes – including a snack, starter, main and dessert – along with eye-opening facts and tips to help you eat in a way that supports both people and the planet.

Open up your Recipes for Change pack and you’ll discover inspiring stories from communities around the world. Stories from people finding innovative ways to grow food, support their families, and protect their livelihoods in challenging circumstances, from conflict and extreme temperatures, to poverty and injustice.

These stories highlight the kind of change your support helps make possible, wherever the need is greatest.

Olives and resilience in Palestine

Olive farms are not just a source of income for Palestinians – they’re also a symbol of resilience, heritage and survival.

Each pack includes a delicious recipe made with quinoa and tangy olives, as well as a story from Abbas, the Executive Director of the Palestinian Farmers Union – one of Oxfam’s partners – about the importance of the olive harvest.

Cocoa and empowerment in Ghana

It’s estimated 90% of the world’s chocolate comes from trees grown in West Africa.

Inside your pack, you can follow a show-stopper Beetroot and Chocolate Cake recipe, and meet the founder of Ghana’s first women-only cocoa cooperative, Leticia. She’s working with Oxfam to fight for a better future for the women behind every bar of chocolate.
