EC DEAR: Climate Action by EU Citizens

Oxfam GB, along with 19 other partners, has been awarded funding for a four-year project to raise awareness, build capacity, and mobilise EU citizens on the issues of climate change, development, and gender.

The consortium is made up of Oxfam affiliates and members of Climate Action Network.

Project purpose and objectives

The purpose of the project is articulated in the following objectives:

Overall objective: EU citizens are committed to and contribute to efforts to tackle climate change, development and gender equality in line with Agenda 2030 and the Consensus.

Specific objective: EU citizens are aware of, understand and actively engage in efforts to tackle the interrelated issues of climate change, development and gender equality.
