Tasks will include administrative support to the Business Development team.
Depending on the volunteer’s skills and interests, this can include any of the following:
Business Development and Administration
- Search for commercial opportunities that Oxfam Consults could apply to.
- Support with drafting contracts.
- Communicate with our consultants.
- Support with obtaining references for consultants.
- Proof-read documents.
Data Entry and Information Management
- Help maintain a tracking list for Expressions of Interest, Bids and Contracts and enter relevant information into project management systems and Excel sheets.
- Help curate a detailed list of past projects.
- Assist with filing and keeping Box folders organised.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, as and when needed.
Communications and Social Media
- Plan and deliver content for distribution on the Oxfam Consults social media platforms and website using Adobe Express or Creative Cloud.
- Generate ideas to contribute to the Oxfam Consults communication strategy, including external engagement with consultants and clients.
