Lorna previously led multi-disciplinary fundraising teams at Barnardo’s, Cats Protection and Retail and Trading Director at Oxfam GB since 2021.

Lorna is passionate about building inclusive cultures, empowering teams, and centring supporter voice to drive meaningful change and to create a fairer, more just world. She regularly contributes to sector thought leadership on circular and sustainable fashion and is a Non-Executive Director of the Charity Retail Association and YMCA Trading Board.
