Donate in memory of someone

Celebrate an incredible life and make a lasting difference.

At Oxfam, we know how very special donations given in memory of a loved one are. Each gift reflects the values your loved one held dear – whether they were passionate about building a better, fairer world or simply had a kind heart.

However you decide to celebrate them with Oxfam, you can be sure that together, you and your loved one will stay in the fight for a fairer world for years to come – thank you.

Funeral collections

In-person

To organise a cash collection at a funeral, call us on 0300 200 1331 and request your free Gift Aid envelopes.

Together, family and friends can contribute to a cause your loved one cared deeply about – continuing their legacy of kindness. And with Gift Aid, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 donated – so your generosity in their honour can go even further.

Online

Create an online funeral notice through our MuchLoved portal. Fill in a few details about your loved one and the funeral service to set up your page, then share the link with family and friends.

Even after the funeral, you can share precious memories and collectively raise vital funds for the fight against poverty in their name.

In-memory Gifts in Wills

Neil’s mother, Doris, taught him the importance of always ‘doing his bit’. A devoted Oxfam volunteer into her 80s, her kindness continues to inspire him.

By leaving a gift to Oxfam in his Will, Neil is honouring her memory and ensuring their shared values live on in the fight for a fairer world.
