Huge strides have been made in the fight against extreme poverty, and the work we do every day is helping more people build better lives. But on its own, it's not enough. Millions of people are still desperately trying to escape the pain and misery of poverty, facing barriers such as slave labour, conflict and discrimination at every turn. For women, these barriers are even greater. To beat poverty for good, we need to work together to break down those barriers. By volunteering as a Campaigns Coordinator in your workplace or community, you can influence decision makers and raise
awareness of our campaigns by coordinating activities in your workplace. We can help you put on talks and video screenings, run petitions and events, engage with your local MP or newspaper, and even address your own business practice in a positive way. You can also join our growing network of campaigners who take-action in their local communities. Training and help is provided but our dedicated support team.
